H.I.S.S. ATTACK SCOUT

The H.I.S.S. Attack Scout was released in a discount retailer-only wave of Alpha vehicles for the Pursuit of Cobra line in 2012. It included the driver, Cobra H.I.S.S. Driver (v4).
This wave was intended for release in early 2011, and even appeared on store shelves in Canada at that time. For reasons not officially known, this wave was delayed. Eventually, these toys appeared in discount stores, primarily Ross, in February 2012. Curiously, this set retained the Canadian packaging - multi-lingual text and all.
Driver/Pilot: COBRA H.I.S.S. DRIVER (v4)
Cobra H.I.S.S. Driver (version 4) was released with the H.I.S.S. Attack Scout in a Discount Retailer Exclusive wave of Alpha vehicles for the Pursuit of Cobra line in 2012.
This wave was intended for release in the United States in early 2011, and even appeared on store shelves in Canada at that time. For reasons not officially known, this wave was delayed. Eventually, these toys appeared in discount retailer stores, primarily Ross, in February 2012. Curiously, this set retained the Canadian packaging - multi-lingual text and all.
