The Snake Trax ATV and Armored Panther was released as a Sam's Club exclusive set for the G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra toy line in 2009. The set included the Armored Panther, the Snake Trax A.T.V., Scrap-Iron (v7), and Sgt. Thunderblast.
Driver/Pilot: SCRAP-IRON (v7)
Scrap-Iron (version 7) was released with the Snake Trax A.T.V. in the first wave of Alpha Vehicles for the G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra toy line in 2009.
Scrap-Iron (version 7) was repackaged in the Sam's Club exclusive Snake Trax ATV / Armored Panther two-pack along with Sgt. Thunderblast. He still piloted the Snake Trax ATV.

Sgt. Thunderblast (v1) was released with the Armored Panther in the first wave of Alpha Vehicles for the G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra toy line in 2009.
Sgt. Thunderblast (v1) was repackaged in the Sam's Club exclusive Snake Trax ATV / Armored Panther two-pack along with Scrap-Iron (v7). He still piloted the Armored Panther.

Easily Broken/Lost Pieces
The Snake Trax ATV's black hose is commonly missing. Also, the three missiles and the storage cover are small and easily misplaced.
The Armored Panther's two black missiles and engine cover are small and easily lost.
