The Weather Dominator was first released boxed in U.S. toy stores in the DVD Battles Pack, set 2 of 5. This set included the Weather Dominator pilot Destro (v18), Lady Jaye (v7), Roadblock (v18), the Weather Dominator, and the M.A.S.S. Device generator, as well as a DVD of The Revenge of Cobra.

Destro (v18) was released in the DVD Battles Pack, set 2 of 5. This set included Lady Jaye (v7) (2008), Roadblock (v18) (2008), the Weather Dominator, and a component of the M.A.S.S. Device vehicle: the M.A.S.S. Device generator, as well as a DVD of The Revenge of Cobra .
Destro is also the operator of the Weather Dominator.
