The MOBAT was released boxed with the Flight Pod and H.I.S.S. Tank in the Target Exclusive Ultimate Battle Pack in 2008. The package also included the drivers, Cobra Commander (v37), H.I.S.S. Driver (v3), and Steeler (v5), as well as Cobra Vehicle Gunner, Destro (v21), Short-Fuze (v6), and Sgt. Stalker (v11).
Driver/Pilot: RALPH "STEELER" PULASKI (v5)
Ralph "Steeler" Pulaski (version 5) was released boxed with the Target-exclusive Ultimate Battle Pack in 2008. The set included Cobra Commander (v37), Cobra Vehicle Gunner, Destro (v21), H.I.S.S. Driver (v3), Short-Fuze (v6), and Sgt. Stalker (v11). Additionally, this set included a Flight Pod, a H.I.S.S. Tank, and a MOBAT. Ralph "Steeler" Pulaski piloted the MOBAT.

Easily Broken/Lost Pieces
Take extreme care to not lose the machine gun that attaches to the turret. It is very small and very easy to lose.
