The Cobra H.I.S.S. Tank was released boxed with the Cobra Flight Pod and the MOBAT in the Target Exclusive Ultimate Battle Pack in 2008. The package also included the drivers, Cobra Commander (v37), H.I.S.S. Driver (v3), and Steeler (v5), as well as Cobra Vehicle Gunner, Destro (v21), Short-Fuze (v6), and Sgt. Stalker (v11).

Cobra H.I.S.S. Driver (version 3) was released with the Target-exclusive Ultimate Battle Pack in 2008. The set included Cobra Commander (v37), Cobra Vehicle Gunner, Destro (v21), Short-Fuze (v6), Sgt. Stalker (v11), and Steeler (v5). Additionally, this set included a Flight Pod, a H.I.S.S. Tank, and a MOBAT.
Cobra H.I.S.S. Driver piloted the H.I.S.S. Tank.

Easily Broken/Lost Pieces
The cannons can be elevated and held up by two tiny pins underneath where the guns attach to the turret. If the pins break, then the guns will droop and will not stay up when elevated.
