Series: Nineteen (2003)
The Split Fire was released boxed in U.S. toy stores with the pilot Rampage (v2) in 2003. The Split Fire featured "Action Attack", with two firing missiles, engine sounds, and a handle that rotated the gun stations and activated firing sounds.
Driver/Pilot: RAMPAGE (v2)
Rampage was released as part of the nineteenth series (2003), boxed as the driver for the Split Fire.
It was common practice for Hasbro to name and/or sculpt G.I.Joe characters after real-life individuals. Rampage was given the real name "Walter McDaniel" - a comic book artist who has done work for Hasbro with G.I.Joe box and package art.
No variations of Split Fire are known to exist.
