Pictured above is a hand-painted prototype of Agent
Scarlett (2002) as the figure appeared at the 2002 International
G.I.Joe Convention in Norfolk, Virginia. Notable differences include
the brown straps (with one additional strap painted on each foot), silver
bolt accessory, and green hair bands.
