Pictured above is the G.I.Joe video tape - The Primordial Plot. The tape is approximately 65 minutes in length and contains three episodes - "The Primordial Plot", "Flint's Vacation", and "Hearts and Cannons".
The videos sold in New Zealand were manufactured and distributed by Video One. This tape is dated 1988.
Note that the cover is the G.I.Joe card art from Rock & Roll (1982) and the G.I.Joe Heavy Artillery Laser (HAL).
