Pictured above is a G.I.Joe sticker album released in Chile. It's dated 1986 and was published by Edialbum Ltda.
The album itself had text telling the story from the "Mass Device" mini-series. Screen shots from the cartoon were turned into stickers - which were sold separately.
The album itself was also a contest. Certain stickers were more difficult to find than others. When an album was completed, it could be sent in for a poster and a sweepstakes to win G.I.Joe toys.
Note the cover artwork is the standard G.I.Joe artwork from 1985 - seen on such things as the cover of the 1985 catalog.
