Pictured above is a cardback from the Brazil release of Cobra Do Gelo : Storm Shadow made by Estrela Toys.
In Brazil, these figures were sold and marketed as Comandos em Ação with packaging in Portuguese. However, when exported to other South American countries, a stick with the G.I.Joe logo and a short description in Spanish was affixed to the front of the card. This is the case of the card pictured above. The description reads, "Agora com movimento total nos bracos e mais equipamentos".
Note that the artwork is the same as the American release.
