Pictured above is a carded Argentinian Alado (released in 1987 in the U.S. as Crazylegs).
The artwork is the same as the artwork used for Crazylegs, as are the accessories.
Like in many nations, Hasbro licensed out G.I.Joe to a local toy company. In this case, the Argentinian company Plastirama aquired the molds and made these figures. The paint mask is nowhere near as sharp as domestically released figures.
