Joe Related Summary:
Spike Witwicky is flying back from Monument Valley by request. Melissa Fairborne has been replaced as the leader of the Earth Defense Command (EDC). Spike is surprised it happened and wonders why it wasn't him who got the job. The President of The United States gave the job to General Joe Colton, formally of the Adventure Team, currently the leader of GI Joe team. Colton talking to Witwicky references knowing his father.

At the command headquarters, Ayana Jones doesn't like that Faireborn has been replaced. Transformer Skywarp, who appears as a hologram, and has been working with Faireborn and the EDC also wonders about Colton.

In a transport headed to Washington DC, Roadblock and Scarlett are guarding a prisoner named Garrison Blackrock, who is a human looking Cybertronian, a billionaire business man, captured by Transformers Galvatron and Skywarp and been on Earth a very long time. Their transport slams into something and Roadblock and Scarlett rush out firing at a Transformers with the body Alpha Trion and the head Sentinel Prime. Sentinel easily takes Blackrock away from the transport as Roadblock and Scarlett's firing doesn't even bother Sentinel.

Later Blackrock, dis-guards his human form and transformers into a robot known as Sovereign.

"Revolution Take A Stand Part 2"

Optimus Prime raised a titan out of Monument Valley called MetroTitan which has made him a Robot Messiah. Manheim has been brought in by Colton to help. Next to him a voice says “Please.” He screams at it to “Be Quiet.” He then begins to tell Colton what he knows about the new UK Action Man named Ian Noble. And the recent events in Northern California where ROM, the Space Knight landed on Earth. He killed several Dire Wraiths, who where members of the Earth Defense Force in disguise, but Agent Dubosky, a human, survived. (See See ROM #1)

General Colton opens a box and pulls out a shiny purple glowing crystal which is ORE-13. Scarlett informs them that they believe that ORE-13 is becoming fissile all over the world and could cause a nuclear inferno. Colton gives it to Manheim who is happy to receive it and accepts Colton's offer to help disrupt Optimus Primes plans. He laughs saying “you remember why you called me Miles Mayhem. Next to him is Transformer Decepticon Blitzwing, alive but in pieces saying “Please let me die.” Mayhem just tells him to hush up and be quiet.
