Full Details

The Russians are opening a new dam and the Vice President along with many other dignitaries are there to help celebrate. Out of a truck rushes the Russian Green Army lead by Skorpion. They open fire on many of the people and quickly take many hostages including the US VP. Skorpion declares that in one half hour he will begin killing hostages and in one hour he blows up the damn.

In the White House, the President watches the kidnapping live. And Hawk, along with several other advisors, begins to brief the President on options. The Russians are preparing an attack but General Hawk says he has a solution that will work. He has a man that is more then enough already on the way. And that man is Snake Eyes.

Snake Eyes jumps out of a C-130 cargo jet, opens his parachute, disengages his parachute just above the water of the dam and drops into the water. With scuba gear, he swims down to a vent pries it open and gains access to the dam's vent system which leads him to an intake fan which he blows up.

Inside the dam, the terrorists hear the noise of the explosion but are unsure of what the noise was. Several guards are sent to hunt for the cause of the noise.

Two guards approach Snake Eyes, who is hiding behind a vent shaft, as they close in he quickly jumps out stabbing one with his sword and the kicking the other. He takes both of there guns and moves on.

Back in the White House, the President is asking the Russians to hold off on their attack and he says "I have a negotiator on the scene."

Several of the terrorists are planting the explosives, when water comes rushing in. Snake Eyes has flooded the shaft and trapped them inside to drown.

As he gets closer to the captured VP, he kills two guards and then spots a guard holding a hostage. The guard has a face mask on. And the hostages is creaming for help. But Snake Eyes shots the hostage in the head. It turns out that the hostage is a terrorists and the VP is the guard. But Snake Eyes figured it out and rescued the VP. But before he can get him out a large Russian grabs him from behind. A serious fight happens between the two but eventually the big Russian is thrown down a vent shaft after a massive head butt from Snake Eyes.

Now in the control center Skorpion has ordered the murder of the rest of the dignitaries. But the lights go out. And in the darkness the terrorist's begin to fall. Snake Eyes using his sword and a knife takes them all out. Skorpion is the last to fall.

Moments later the Russian Army soldiers rush in but Snake Eyes has taken care of everything. The VP and hostages are safe.

At the White House, they receive word that the VP is safe and that the Russian Army soldiers have saved he day. But the President and General Hawk know better.
