Full Details

In a bar in Estonia, Chuckles is sitting in a meeting with a guy he doesn't know. As they talk , Chuckles analyzes him, the guy has a slight Slavic accent, is left handed and smokes French cigarettes. The guy tells Chuckles that they have been watching him and by they he means a secret organization that is recruiting guys like Chuckles. This agent informs Chuckles, to his surprise, that he has been targeted by a mysterious high-level US government counter-terrorist organization.

What this guy doesn't know is that Chuckles is actually a GI Joe undercover agent. That same mysterious high-level US government counter-terrorist organization that is hunting him.

Chuckles believes his cover is blown as the guy is about to get up and leave. But before anything can happen between them, the main door of the bar explodes and in rush Duke, Scarlett & Heavy Duty. A gun fight between several of the support agent's guys and the Joes starts happening. Chuckles pulls his gun and fires at Scarlett hitting her several times in the chest. Now pinned behind the bar by Heavy Duty, as Duke attends to Scarlett, Chuckles rushes at Heavy Duty shooting him in the chest. Chuckles and the agent escape. Outside are several paramilitary guys. Chuckles grabs the closes guy, steals his gun and uses him as a shield taking out the other two. The agent and him escape up to the roof. Where Chuckles fires at some snipers as they jump off the roof onto a truck which they steal to drive out of town. After several miles, the agent asks to be dropped off, he leaves saying "For a man with your abilities there are no limits. You may hear from me again." Much later Chuckles is in his home, having missed a meeting with his contact and his radio is silent, he goes to sleep.

He is roughly woken, he smells the French cigarettes, believes that his cover is still blown and he is about to die. All before everything turns to black.

Many months prior to his meeting with the agent in the bar, Chuckles is sitting in a briefing room with Scarlett, Heavy Duty and Duke at his side listening to Hawk give a briefing. Chuckles leans over and tells Scarlett a joke which she laughs at. Hawk is furious for the comical interruption. They step out of the briefing, Hawk threatens to wash out Chuckles. But instead he wants to use Chuckles' abilities for something different then the normal field work, he wants Chuckles to become a mercenary. Officially, Chuckles is washed out of the military, but unofficially he is GI Joe's undercover agent.

Later, Hawk wants him to find a way to work up the ladder through whatever terrorist organization he can get into. He will have the best forgeries that can be made and is introduced to his new contact, Jinx. She walks into the room and immediately kicks him in the face.

In a series of missions, we see Chuckles fighting in a jungle, meeting Jinx in a Muslim country, being bandaged by Jinx, playing poker with terrible people and finally kissing Jinx. Jinx is his only contact with the Joe team and his only weakness.

The day before his meeting with the agent, Jinx brings him a gun filled with blanks and synced to blow blood packets when he aims and fires his gun at them. Scarlett & Heavy Duty will be wearing them as they enter the bar. The plan is if it looks like the meeting isn't going well they will bust in so Chuckles can save the day and he can get some high profile kills.

Now Chuckles awakes up tied to a chair. With an unknown man in a suit standing next to the agent he rescued. He expects to be killed because he is sure that his cover is blown, the man in the suit opens a secret door that is behind a row of televisions. They then enter a huge room that is dominated by a Cobra symbol and the man in the suit says "Welcome to the high rollers table."
