In Springfield, Cobra Commander repeatedly says the word Dawn as Destro points his wrist rocket at Cobra Commander’s hood. Destro chides the Commander about using what is obviously a call for help. He implores the Commander to agree to a merger.
The Commander says he must maintain complete control. Dawn sneaks in behind the assembled Dreadnoks. Dawn steals Zarana’s dagger and leaps onto Destro’s back. She points the dagger at his eye socket. Zarana angrily realizes the familiar dagger is her own. A fly lands on the handle of the dagger. The Baroness shoots the unsuspecting fly. Realizing she no longer has the advantage Dawn retreats. Zarana rips the dagger from Dawn’s hand, wounding her. Destro and the Commander agree to have the law vipers and Cesspool draw up a contractual agreement. The Baroness tells Dawn she is good and asks her if she wants to get better.
Elsewhere, the Arashikage from Trieste trains Snake Eyes in the ways of the thirteen esoteric finger knits. The final technique is one where two participants channel energy. They work together to build a defensive force strong enough to shatter a Katana.
A Joe parachutes from a C-130, she lands and sets up a forward observation post in record time.
In Washington D.C. Senator Wendy Ling Torres asks Fred 191 to start calling her Wendy and caresses his hand.
Zartan and Destro meet at a diner. Zartan is skeptical that Cobra Commander will honor the new agreement. Destro agrees.
In the Barocinema movie theater, Dr. Mindbender reveals he may not have destroyed the Brainwave Scanner when Cobra Commander regrets that he did not have a chance to zap Dawn Moreno with the device.
The Baroness tells Dawn to punch her. While Dawn is in mid-swing, the Baroness pushes a button on a device, Dawn falls to the ground in pain. The Baroness tells her to report to the high school gym in the morning.
In Benzheen, two men prepare themselves in separate areas. They work together and place a call to a cell phone. Claire Hauser answers her cell phone in the hospital in Ogden, Utah where she works. The man in Benzheen says "Despair not over matters that pass you by. Nor be proud of favors bestowed upon you.” This is a quote from the Quran 57:23.
Claire drops her clipboard. In Benzheen the man destroys the cellphone.
