Lady Jaye is tied to a chair in the grand ballroom of Generalissimo Tep’s palace. Pluskat and Han, two of Major Bludd’s troops, are torturing her. Various instruments are strewn about the ballroom. Blood drips from Pluskat’s hand. Major Bludd is in radio contact with a checkpoint that is reporting a tripped motion sensor.
Alerted by the possibility of Joes in the area, Tep orders more troops into the palace. When the troops at the checkpoint do not respond Bludd leaves the palace with reinforcements. Jinx has used throwing stars to silence the troops at the checkpoint. Chuckles and Low Light arrive and Chuckles shoots the radio. Bludd advises Tep to double security. This begins a serious of conflicts between Bludd and Tep. Tep tells Bludd, Pluskat and Han were too soft in their methods. He would have started by lopping off ears and fingers to make Lady Jaye talk.
Bludd drives past the Joes on the way to the checkpoint. Bludd speeds past a billboard with “Colonel” Tep on it and tells Tep he needs to update the billboard since it does not reflect his self promotion. After listening to Bludd on a scanner, Low Light leaves Jinx and Chuckles behind and finds a position on a rooftop. Bludd and Tep continue to argue and Tep kicks Lady Jaye in the head.
Several troops are stationed throughout the palace grounds. The front gate, the front door to the palace, the foyer, and the stairway to the ballroom are all guarded.
Chuckles and Jinx attack the front gate by ramming it and their vehicle is destroyed. The guards look inside to find it empty. Jinx attacks and Chuckles pops up from the back seat and fires on the surprised troops. The pair clear the gate and head to the front door. The troops inside shoot through the door hoping to hit the intruders. Tep orders Bludd to return back to the palace and kicks Lady Jaye again. Han and Pluskat barricade the door to the ballroom. Downstairs, Chuckles and Jinx toss a grenade through the hole in the front door.
Tep kicks Lady Jaye when she speaks out after hearing the distant explosion. Meanwhile Chuckles and Jinx take out the troops on the stairway.
Major Bludd is pinned down by Low Light who has shot most of his troops and his driver. When Bludd reports the situation, Tep again kicks Lady Jaye this time in the stomach. Bludd asks for air support from the Generalissimo’s HIND to strafe the sniper.
Chuckles heads towards the ballroom leaving Jinx as a rear guard back at the stairs. The troops between Tep and Chuckles realize that they are next and are fearful. Tep says he will have their heads on a pike if they retreat. Meanwhile Pluskat and Han continue to pummel Lady Jaye as she lies tied to the chair on the floor.
Chuckles finishes off the last of the troops in the hallway and gains access to a heavy machine gun. He uses it till it is out of ammo. Tep orders the HIND to return to the palace just as it reaches Bludd’s position. Low Light sees the HIND turn around and he leaves the roof to head towards the palace on foot. Bludd reports to Tep they almost had the sniper when he made him turn back. Tep then orders Bludd back to the palace.
Pluskat is distracted by Tep and this gives Lady Jaye the opening she needs. She makes quick work of Pluskat and Han, leaving her alone in the ballroom with Generalissimo Tep.
Low Light reaches the palace and he and Jinx head up the stairs. Major Bludd still thinks Low Light is nearby, he breaks into a villager’s house. Inside the house is a fearful family and a TV. The TV is reporting about a coup. Generalissimo Tep has been sentenced to death in Absentia.
Tep threatens to shoot Lady Jaye. She responds that he should have done that first thing. The door behind Tep shatters as Chuckles uses the large machine gun as a battering ram. Tep turns to face the hole in the door. Chuckles fires and Tep goes down.
On the roof the HIND has landed and is waiting for Tep. The Joes hijack the HIND and its pilot. As they fly off, the news about the coup comes over the radio. The new government is rounding up all of Tep’s associates. A shoot on sight order has been issued for Major Bludd.
