Full Details

Jinx is riding a mountain bike through the streets of Bern Switzerland, after bouncing over a few car roofs she arrives at Revanche. She enters the building through a hole she cuts in the skylight.

In the pit, Duke, Scarlett, Stalker, and Mainframe monitor the situation in Benzheen as it unfolds. They see Zartan holding Tunnel Rat captive, Darklon trapped and trying to escape the prison before the kryton goes off, and against his orders, Lt. Falcon is storming into the prison instead of retreating.

Clutch and Rock ‘n Roll dazedly wander into the command center. Stalker asks what they are doing there and they just stand there.

In Benzheen Lt. Falcon is shot in the face after ordering Spirit, Zap, Leatherneck, and Ripcord to attack. Spirit asks if he wants to relinquish command but he refuses.

In Dusty and Airtight’s cell, the Benzheen guards are about to begin executing the prisoners. Airtight throws up. It was only a ruse however and he throws anthrax powder into the guard’s face. Dusty subdues the other guard.

Zartan orders Road Pig to break into the bunker where the kryton is held deep underground. Pale Peony is to lead Tunnel Rat to the device to disarm it. Road Pig is attacked and Pale Peony dispatches the guard, in the process she is shot.

In Switzerland, Jinx has just downloaded the data and is besieged by Blue Ninjas.

Falcon and Spirit capture Colonel Faroud and Darklon.

Airtight reveals that the powder he threw earlier was not anthrax but simple sneezing powder. Dusty makes the comment he does not want to know where Airtight was hiding the powder and fake vomit.

Road Pig, despite Zartan’s orders, rescues the gravely injured Pale Peony from a grenade wielding guard. Believing the Kryton is still active Lt. Falcon charges into the prison.

In Switzerland Jinx makes quick work of the Blue Ninjas.

Zartan makes it to the nuclear bomb and Tunnel Rat has three minutes to disarm it.

Zarana points out to Road Pig that his effort to save Pale Peony is probably futile, and she will most likely die. Road Pig counters that if Tunnel Rat cannot deactivate the bomb they are all going to die anyway. He says that Pale Peony took a bullet for him, and that act should count for something.

Dusty and Airtight are dealing with the prisoners when the former Emir states that they are not under American control and that he will take over his own men to lead a revolutionary action. He shoots and kills the guards.

Falcon has taken the prison yard, feeling his wounds now, he is about to hand over command to Spirit, before charging into the bunker.

Zartan emerges from the bunker and says that won’t be necessary because the kryton has been deactivated, and the nuke defused.

In Switzerland, Jinx sends the data to Mainframe who asks if she needs back-up. She calmly says “Negative” as she stands surrounded by defeated Blue Ninjas.

Back in Benzheen, Wild Bill, Lifeline and Lift Ticket, arrive in a Tomahawk. Spirit is negotiating with Zartan over the kryton when Duke sends orders to leave the Kryton behind and leave immediately. Road Pig carries Pale Peony over to the Tomahawk and turns her over to Lifeline’s care. That is her best option to survive. Lifeline explains Duke’s order to Spirit, Jinx’s mission in Switzerland was a success and with that information in hand Duke gave the order to retreat. Zartan is forced to turn over the kryton to the former Emir. Darklon and Colonel Faroud are now the former Emir’s prisoners.

In Trucial Abysmia, Destro and the Baroness are meeting with the Minister of Defense. Destro is trying to persuade the Minister to purchase a kryton in self defense against Benzheen possessing one. When the Minister learns of the events at the prison and the former Emir returning to power, he changes his mind and makes a deal with Destro for the Kryton. Baroness and Destro leave Trucial Abysmia. They discuss the transaction. Destro reveals that the kryton has a built in Trojan Horse. It shuts down when triggered. When the Baroness asks what he will do when the two countries find out that the kryton does not work, Destro replies that in order for that to happen, one of them would have to be setting off a nuclear device. If that were to come to pass then it would not matter. He calls the deal to effectively prevent nuclear escalation in the two countries his “contribution to world peace.”
