Full Details

At the wax museum in Broca Beach, BN-001 has reached Cobra Commander. The Commander and BN-001 trade quips as they fight.

Outside the wax museum the team of Baroness, Snake Eyes, and Dr. Mindbender have arrived. A Blue Ninja attacks Dr. Mindbender. The Baroness shoots the monofilament saber out of its hand. Two long knives slide out of the severed wrist to take place of the hand. Snake Eyes swiftly beheads the robot.

Cobra Commander and BN-001 fight it out in the middle of the Battle of the Little Bighorn exhibit. The Commander is knocked to the floor and BN-001 presses his attack. Then the Baroness and Snake eyes join the fray. Dr. Mindbender chooses to stay outside and remotely control the B.A.T.s The Baroness uses an RPG to destroy the spidery battle pod of BN-001. As Snake Eyes attacks BN-001 the robot still only sees him as just another Arashikage and not as Snake Eyes.

Ten blocks away Storm Shadow and Sensei Moskvina look over a battleground soon B.A.T.s are closing in on them.

Inside the museum the Vipers are ordered by the Commander to wipe out all the Blue Ninjas and erase their existence. BN-001 rises up from the wreckage of his pod he is still active.

The B.A.T.s walk right past the Sensei and Storm Shadow. The pair meet Dr. Mindbender who is in control of the B.A.T.s He is confused as why everyone is working together and not sure who is on what side. BN-001 suffers from the same perplexity Dr. Mindbender again stays behind as Storm Shadow and Moskvina head into the museum. They help to surround BN-001. The four armed robot fires at Cobra Commander.

On the container ship, Duke, Stalker, and Scarlett are helping Vipers to shoot and kill the Blue Ninjas. The out of control ship smashes into the boardwalk of Broca Beach.

Sensei Moskvina charges at BN-001 sacrificing herself by setting off the explosives in her body. She manages to sever two arms in the blast. Still left with two usable arms BN-001 continues to fight, firing a bazooka at Storm Shadow, the Baroness and Snake Eyes. Cobra Commander steps in front of the projectile. His reactive armor captures and redirects the energy of the explosion back at BN-001. Stunned BN-001 has both arms sliced off by Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes fast reactions.

The Baroness places a well aimed shot at his head exposing his brain. Each of this trio proclaims their actions in the name of the fallen Billy. BN-001 says it will not be easy as this seems to get rid of all the Blue Ninjas as they are capable of producing more and more ninjas. He says it is “like getting rid of roaches” to which Cobra Commander replies as he shoots BN-001’s vulnerable grey matter: “ I get rid of roaches by stomping on them one by one”.

That very moment the Joes rappel into the museum, but it is over. Cobra Commander surrounded by B.A.T.s orders his Vipers to disarm and take prisoner the six of them.
