ACTION FORCE's COBRA captive has escaped into the Thames. Flint and Snake Eyes set off in pursuit in the hope that the Eel will lead them to COBRA's London nest... But the Eel has to make it through the streets of London first!

Long Summary

The escaped COBRA Eel runs across a gang of punks in the streets of London. The Eel defeats the thugs and steals portions of their clothes and attempts to board a bus. Unfortunately, the thugs had no money in their clothing, and the Eel is forced to flee on foot.

Flint and Snake Eyes follow the Eel to the Tastee-Burger. Snake Eyes discovers a Cobra cargo helicopter from the roof with Destro and Cobra Commander aboard. Snake Eyes boards the helicopter, leaving Flint behind.
