Hasbro would routinely use hand-painted models or one-of-a-kind test shots to photograph for inclusion in promotions, catalogs, and advertisements. This is why figures would appear different than the ones depicted in the model (a great example is the 1985 Catalog Tomax and Xamot). A notable difference is the presence of 5 missiles in the launcher instead of the retail release's 4.
