Pictured above is the "Voice FX Duke" insert that was packaged with G.I.Joe figures sold in the United States in 2004. While the marquee item is undoubtedly the Voice FX Duke figure, the insert also advertised 3 3/4" figures and vehicles, Real Gear camping products, Scholastic Books, and the Trading Card Game.
