Command Rings Insert - Cover (Canadian)

In 1990, G.I.Joe Command Rings were included free in specially packaged G.I.Joe figures. Eight rings were available, and each figure with a ring came with a folding insert describing the rings. Pictured above is the cover of the insert.

On the back of the insert was an offer to order G.I.Joe sunglasses.

The pictured insert is from Canada, so it is printed in half English, half French.
