Combat Pay "Special Issue" Catalog

In 1991, specially marked G.I.Joe packages came with G.I.Joe Combat Pay. Combat Pay could be redeemed for prizes from the G.I.Joe Get Tough Catalog. The promotion also had special contests that were tied into the new DIC daily syndicated cartoon.
