Combat Heroes what would YOU do? Inserts

In 2008, later shipments of Combat Heroes Wave 1 and all of Wave 2 began shipping with the "what would YOU do?" insert. The insert shows a Combat Heroes catalog on one side and a 'life lesson' taught on the other. Five of them are shown below, it is currently not known how many different ones were made.
