This insert was only included with some Lifeline (v3) figures in 1991.  It advertised then current toys like the Hall of Fame figures, specifically Duke, the Ninja Force figures Slice, Dice, Dojo, T'Jbang, Nunchuk, and Storm Shadow, and the Battle Wagon, Cobra Rat, Barracuda, and the Headquarters playset.
