At the height of its popularity, G.I.Joe action figures were often imitated by other toy companies. The results were varied.
In Britain, these S.A.S. Micro Force action figures were released with similar articulation as G.I.Joe figures. They are dated 1990 and produced by the Playmakers company.
Note that some of the accessories are based on G.I.Joe accessories. Whether they legally obtained the rights to the accessory molds or copied the accessory molds is unclear.
