Cobra Invasor

Argentina/Brazil

Brazilian Filecard

Argentinian Filecard

Argentinian Carded Figure

Figure Description

Cobra Invasor was an exclusive figure that was available carded in Brazil by the Estrela toy company as part of its Comandos em Ação toyline in 1985.

A version was also made available in Argentina as part of the Plastirama toy company's Comandos Heroicos toyline.

Filecard Translation

Cobra Invasor

From unknown origin, these enemies are very powerful and wish to rule the world. They always attack in groups and appear in any part of the planet. The only thing able to stop them is the presence of the Commandos, super-prepared to face that terrible world menace.

Brazil Version - Argentinian Version

The Brazilian version of Cobra Invasor (pictured left) is easily differentiated with the raised Estrela logo on the back of the figure. The Argentinian version (pictured right) does not have any logo, date stamp, or marking on the figure.

Estrela figure on the left - Plastirama figure on the right

The Brazilian version of Cobra Invasor was released in 1985. This figure should not be confused with O Invasor, the Brazilian figure released in 1984. O Invasor is merely a straight-arm Snake Eyes - while Cobra Invasor was a straight-arm Snake Eyes with a silver Cobra logo.

Accessories:

Cobra Invasor came with a black Uzi submachine gun and a black pack of explosives.

Body Construction:

The figure itself is made up from the same mold as the straight-arm Snake Eyes - except that Cobra Invasor has a silver Cobra logo on its chest.
