Alley Viper (version 2) was released carded as part of the twelfth series (1993). The 1993 Battle Corps figures were numbered 1 through 36 - Alley Viper was number 6.
He was discontinued domestically in 1994.
Alley Viper came with a black face mask, two black rifles, a black backpack, a yellow missile launcher (spring loaded, actually fired), two black missiles, a black Cobra shield, and a black figure stand.
No variations of Alley Viper (v2) are known to exist.
Alley Viper's waist and legs were originally used to create the original Alley Viper (1989).
The entire mold of Alley Viper was later used to create Alley Viper (v3), while the head, torso, arms, and waist were re-used to create Alley Viper (v4) (1997), Alley Viper (v5) (2002), Alley Viper (v6) (2002), Alley Viper (v7) (2003), and Alley Viper (v9) (2004)..
