Psyche-Out (v2) - also commonly known as Night Force Psyche-Out - was released carded as part of the seventh series (1988) in a Toys R Us exclusive Night Force two-pack with Tunnel Rat (v2).
Accessories
Night Force Psyche-Out came with a black backpack, a silver communications piece that attached to the back of his head, a black handgun, a black box with a black radar dish , and two black radar dishes that snapped onto his wrists.
The black radar dish pieces can be easily removed from the black handheld box and the black wristpieces.

PSYCHE-OUT earned his degree in psychology from Berkeley and worked on various research projects involving the inducement of paranoia by means of low frequency radio waves. Upon his enlistment, he was posted at the Deceptive Warfare Center at Fort Bragg where he continued his pioneering work in the field of wave induced behavior modification.
"Fear of the dark is primal. It is why we don't want to see what's lurking just beyond the campfire light and why we we're hesitant to find out what's making that noise under the basement stairs. Psyche-Out can use that fear as a weapon against an enemy as surely and as reliably as Snake-Eyes can use a submachine gun."

No variations of Psyche-Out (v2) are known to exist.
Body Construction
Night Force Psyche-Out's entire body was originally used to create the original Psyche-Out (1987).
Note that the back of the head has a hole in it where the antenna fits.
