Fast Draw was first released carded as part of the sixth series (1987). He was also sold in 1988 and was discontinued domestically in 1989.
In 1993, Fast Draw was packaged in the Rapid Deployment Force, exclusively as a mail-in offer from Hasbro Direct. It also came with Repeater (v2) and Shockwave (v2).
The set included the three figures individually bagged with a black figure stand, a bag of weapons, and a black belt carrying case.

Variations
Fast Draw was reissued in the Rapid Deployment Force in 1993 with Repeater (v2) and Shockwave (v2). This set included a bag of weapons that did not belong to any one figure. The bag contained a gold submachine gun, a black sniper's rifle, a black rifle, and six black figure stands.
The black sniper's rifle was originally available with Low-Light (1986) and the black rifle was originally available with Hit & Run (1988). The same gold submachine gun was available with Dee-Jay (v2) (1993).

In Brazil, Fast Draw was released carded as part of Battleforce 2000.
