Snake-Eyes was living an ascetic existence alone in the High Sierras with a pet wolf named Timber when he was recruited for the G.I. Joe Team.
Qualified Expert: All Nato and Warsaw Pact small arms, black belt in 12 different fighting systems and highly skilled in the use of edged weapons.

Body Construction
Snake Eyes (v2)'s body is completely original - all new body parts. None of his parts were ever re-used in other figures.
Starting with this series (Series Four, 1985), the head joint on G.I.Joe figures was changed into a head "ball." This ball allowed the head to look up and down, in addition to left and right.
International Releases
In the United Kingdom and Europe, Snake Eyes was sold on Action Force cards.
Takara released Snake Eyes in Japan in 1986.
In Brazil, Estrela released Snake Eyes as a Cobra named Lobisomem.
Versions of Snake Eyes
In 2006, a CLASSIFIED figure was released, showing Snake Eyes from his years prior to G.I. Joe.
