While the construction of 1982's Straight-Arm figures was not unique to Hasbro, 1983 saw Hasbro's first improvement on the design: Swivel-Arm Battle Grip. Now G.I. Joe could bend their arms inward and outward, adding more realistic movement and a better way to hold accessories. This was such a great improvement that Hasbro re-released all of their 1982 figures with these new joints.
WHOBIT

guns, backpacks, helmets, and knives that were included with the figures. With almost 1800 different G.I.Joe
accessories, identifying them was once a long, arduous task. But not anymore.
