ZARTAN is a master of disguise, an expert in several martial arts, and the leader of the Dreadnoks. He is a gifted ventriloquist, linguist (with over 20 languages under his belt), and acrobatic contortionist, as well as a highly skilled archer. Tight-lipped and evasive, he maintains that the secret to his amazing chameleon-like powers lies in his manipulation of advanced holographic technology. However, some suspect that an actual genetic mutation allows him to change skin color to blend in with his environment.

No variations of Zartan (v23) are known to exist.

Body Construction

Zartan was created using the default head, the Storm Shadow head, the Snake Eyes head, the arms, and the legs from Zartan (v21) (2012), the head of Zartan (v13) (2007), and the torso and waist of Snake Eyes (v58) (2012).
