Body Construction
Sgt. Mainframe was created using the torso, waist, and arms of Shipwreck (v11) (2007), the hands of Spirit Iron-Knife (v3) (2007), the legs of Snake Eyes (v28) (2007), and the head of Dataframe (2008).
Versions of Mainframe
In 2008, Mainframe was renamed "Dataframe," and in 2011 he was renamed again as "Sgt. Mainframe." So while there are multiple names, they are all based on the character "Mainframe."
