Scarlett (v9) was released with the first wave of comic packs in 2008 celebrating the 25th Anniversary of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero. The pack also included G.I. Joe Hawk, a reprint of issue 1 of the Marvel series, and a mail-in redemption offer for "Operation: Rescue Doc".
