Sgt. Lifeline came with a black flare gun, a black hose, a black communicator, a black antenna, a black backpack, a black sled, a black windshield, a black control stick, and a black stand.
The hose connects to the communicator and the backpack, and the communicator attaches to a post on Sgt. Lifeline's chest. The windshield and control stick attach to the sled.

Sgt. Lifeline was created using the mold originally used to create Stretcher (1990). The chest, arms, waist, and legs were also used to create Sideswipe (2002).
