Sgt. Stalker was released as part of the eighteenth series (2002), carded in a two-pack with Neo-Viper Commander.
A variant version of Sgt. Stalker was released in 2004 as a single carded figure.
Accessories
Two pack
Sgt. Stalker came with a black Sound Attack machine gun, two black flare guns, and a black backpack.
The packaging also included a color background.
Single pack
Sgt. Stalker (in the single pack) came with a brown backpack, two black rifles, a black submachine gun, a removable black stock (that attached to the submachine gun), and a black laser rifle.

Variations
The single packaged version of Stalker (pictured below left) was darker in color than earlier releases.
Body Construction
Sgt. Stalker has an entirely new body sculpt. The entire mold was used to make Sgt. Stalker (v2) (2002).
Note the return of the O-ring design absent from earlier new figures from 2002.
Versions of Stalker
In 2002, Stalker was renamed "Sgt. Stalker." So while there are several names, they are all based on the character "Stalker."
In 2006, a Lonzo R. Wilkinson figure was released, showing Stalker from his years prior to G.I.Joe.
