Snake-Eyes had a "Karate Choppin'" ninja action. He was released in 1994 as the part of the third series of 12 inch figures.
Snake-Eyes came with a black mask, black shirt, black flak vest, black pants, a blue belt, two blue gauntlets, two black boots, a gold sword, a black submachine gun with removable stock, a silver dagger, two silver grenades, silver dog tags, and an operations manual.
No variations of Snake-Eyes (v2) are known to exist.
A standard muscle body with a spring-loaded right arm was used. The head was was also used for Snake Eyes (1992).
In Brazil in 1994, Estrela released a figure that could be considered a counterpart to Snake Eyes (v2) named Dragão Negro, a Cobra trooper in the 12 inch Comandos em Ação line called Clássicos Falcon. Dragão Negro used a 1970s-era Kung-Fu Grip body, but the uniform design borrowed heavily from Snake Eyes' look.
