Description:
The Motorized Battle Wagon was first released boxed in U.S. toy stores in 1991. It was available in 1992 and was discontinued in 1993.
Note: The black string that came with the Battle Wagon can be replaced with virtually any generic black string. Care should be taken when looking for an original that it's not a
replaced string.
Easily Lost/Broken Pieces:
The missiles for the Battle Wagon are easily lost/ misplaced, especially the four (4) missiles stored on the side of the vehicle, and the tab on the green turret can break easily.
Also any combination of the guns can be missing along with the hook and string for the winch assembly.
Additionally, the posts for the sideguns that attach the gun to the
vehicle are highly prone to stress and breakage. Handle these with care.
Variations:
There is a variation with the Battle Wagon's battery compartment for the cannon and the swivel bars for the green turret.
Some versions of the turret's swivel bars are slightly flared (part ID: M-6275; this part matches the metal spring battery connectors of the cannon)
while others are not (part ID: M-6249; this part matches the flat metal battery connectors of the cannon).
It is unknown if one cannon and turret combination is any harder to find than the other.
