Thunderclap

Description:

The Thunderclap was first released boxed in U.S. toy stores in 1989. It included the driver, Long Range. was also available in 1990 and discontinued in 1991.

Versions of the Thunderclap:

This was the only version of the Thunderclap ever released.


Driver/Pilot: Long Range

Long Range was released as part of the eighth series (1989), packaged exclusively with the Thunderclap long-range targeting cannon. He was also sold in 1990, then was discontinued domestically in 1991.

Easily Broken/Lost Pieces:

The antenna along with any number of the missiles and/ or cannon shells are often missing. Additionally the seat belts tend to frequently be missing.


Variations:

No variations of the Thunderclap are known to exist.

The vehicle mold was repainted or retooled for the following vehicles:

This was the only usage of the Thunderclap mold.
