Dogfight was released as part of the eighth series (1989), packaged exclusively with the Mudfighter bomber. He was also sold in 1990, then was discontinued domestically in 1991.
Dogfight was simultaneously released in the Benny's exclusive Mudfighter & H.I.S.S. II two pack, along with Track Viper and two bonus figures. Dogfight still piloted the Mudfighter.
