The Tiger Shark was first released boxed in U.S. toy stores in 1988 as part of the Tiger Force. The Tiger Shark was also available in 1989 and was discontinued in 1990.

Easily Broken/Lost Pieces
The vanes attached to the fan shroud are fragile and break easily and the link bar is often missing. Also, the torpedo is small and easily lost.
