The Tiger Shark was first released boxed in U.S. toy stores in 1988 as part of the Tiger Force. The Tiger Shark was also available in 1989 and was discontinued in 1990.
The mold used to create the Tiger Shark was originally used in 1984 to create the Water Moccasin.
