The Future Fortress was released in 1987 as a buildable playset for Battle Force 2000. As each of its six component sections came from a Battle Force 2000 vehicle, the Future Fortress could only be completed by purchasing the Dominator, the Eliminator, the Marauder, the Sky Sweeper, the Vector, and the Vindicator.
