The Conquest X-30 was first released boxed in U.S. toy stores in 1986. It included the pilot, Slipstream. It was also sold in 1987 and was discontinued domestically in 1988.

Slip-Stream was released as part of the fifth series (1986), packaged exclusively with the G.I.Joe Conquest X-30. He was also sold in 1987, then was discontinued domestically in 1988.

The two gray access panels, two gray missiles, and four yellow missiles are small and are easily lost.
