Description:

The Ferret ATV was first released boxed in U.S. toy stores in 1985. The toy was also sold in 1986 and was discontinued in 1987.

The Ferret ATV was available via mail-order from 1989 to 1993. Around 1991, the mail-order Ferret started appearing in brighter, more vibrant colors.

Easily Broken/Lost Pieces:

The Ferret's black hose is commonly missing. Also, the two red side missiles and the storage cover are small and easily misplaced.


Variations:

The mail-order version of the Ferret is bright blue, while the retail version is dark blue.
