The S.H.A.R.C. [Submersible High-speed Attack and Reconnaissance Craft] was first released boxed in U.S. toy stores in 1984. The box included the diver, Deep Six. The S.H.A.R.C. was also sold in stores in 1985 and was discontinued in 1986. It was later available via mail order in 1987 and 1993.

Deep Six was first released as part of the third series (1984) packaged only with the S.H.A.R.C. [Submersible High-speed Attack and Reconnaissance Craft] (Flying Submarine). Deep Six and the S.H.A.R.C. were also available in 1985.
Deep Six was discontinued in 1986.
