Description:

The Viper Glider was first released boxed in U.S. toy stores in 1983. The box included the driver, Cobra Viper Pilot.

The toy was also sold in 1984 and was discontinued in 1985.

The same mold was used that same year to create the G.I.Joe Attack Glider - Falcon .

Driver/Pilot: Viper Pilot

Viper Pilot was released as part of the second series (1983), packaged exclusively with the Cobra Viper Attack Glider.

The Viper Pilot and Viper Glider were sold in 1984, then discontinued domestically in 1985.

Easily Broken/Lost Pieces:

The entire Viper Glider is extremely fragile. Made of foam, extra care should be taken with the Viper Glider.

International Releases:

In Argentina in 1984, the Viper Glider was sold as the Asa Delta Camuflada. In Brazil, the Viper Glider was also sold as the Cobra Asa Delta.
