The Starscream Sky Striker [XP-21F] was released as an exclusive to the 2011 San Diego Comic Con International. It included the pilot, Cobra Commander (v47) and a gun accessory intended to be Megatron, the Decepticon leader.

Cobra Commander (v47) was released with the Starscream Sky Striker in a set exclusive to the 2011 San Diego Comic Con International.
Of note is that his pistol accessory is intended to be Megatron - leader of the evil band of Transformers called the Decepticons.
Easily Broken/Lost Pieces
The canopy, the two tail fins, the six missiles, the blue display, and the two engines are sometimes lost. Of the six missiles, the two front "stinger" missiles are often found broken. Take extra care of the "stinger" missiles.
As the decal instruction sheet encourages owners to personalize the decal applications, there will be numerous variations in that regard.
