The Cobra Gunship was released in the first wave of Bravo Vehicles for the G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra toy line in 2009. It included the driver, Firefly (v19).

Note that during the creation of the movie G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra, the Cobra Gunship went through different names, among them the "Razor" or the "Typhoon."
