Cpl. Breaker was released with the second wave of comic packs in 2008 celebrating the 25th Anniversary of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero. The pack also included Destro (v17), a reprint of issue 14 of the Marvel series, and a mail-in redemption offer for "Operation: Rescue Doc".
Cpl. Breaker was rereleased boxed with the RAM Cycle vs. Flight Pod in the first mass retail wave of vehicles in 2008. The set also included Tele-Viper (v6).

For the RAM Cycle, take extra care with the two saddlebags and pistol as they are small and are often lost.

the two cables, two missiles, and detachable engines were very easily misplaced. |
